Expose the files that make public information clearer ... and stop there. More files are not automatically better if they add no new clarity.

Useful public files usually include a site-level summary, an AI-facing sitemap, and any data exports that simply reflect already public content.

The real test is whether the file makes the site easier to understand or cite without leaking anything sensitive.

Keep the set purposeful, aligned with the HTML content, and easy to maintain.
