Some sites can start with one service page that groups multiple offers. Even then, each offer should exist as a separate data record so it can be surfaced elsewhere cleanly.

That separate record can feed service cards, AI endpoint summaries, library sections, or future dedicated service pages.

The deeper the service menu becomes, the more useful individual service pages and dedicated schema become.
